As the Employer Relations Coordinator at Colorado State University, her current focus is new employer development and "recruiting employers" to come to CSU to hire students for internships and full time opportunities.Prior to her role at CSU, her experience spans for more than 12 years where she has performed human resources and recruiting activities in a broad range of industries including software solutions implementation and software development. She joined the Boulder Chapter of CTRN in 2000.

Pat launched PASS Consulting Team, Inc. in 2002. As a way to capitalize on her professional reputation and strong networking abilities throughout the industries, she has taken her corporate experience and now offers it on a consulting, recruiting and training basis. Prior to forming PASS, Pat Steiger served an active list of clients that included the Fortune 500, as well as, mid-sized companies and entrepreneurial small business start-ups. That list includes, among many others: Marriott, W.R. Grace, Raytheon, Grayhawk, Home Land Security, Intecon, HP, WorldCom, Federal Express, AOL, Lucent, New Horizons, Wells Fargo, Tac Worldwide Companies and AETEA Information Technology. She holds a Master of Science in Project Management, with minors in Information Technology and Human Resources, a BSBA in Management.
